Passage respects your privacy and gives you choices about how your personal information is used.

Your Right to Opt Out

Passage does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may use certain advertising, analytics, and similar technologies that disclose personal information to advertising or marketing partners. Under California law, some of these activities may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to direct Passage not to sell or share your personal information.

You do not need to create an account or log in to exercise this right. Your preference will remain in effect unless you later choose to change it.

Global Privacy Control

Passage recognizes qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC).

If we detect a qualifying opt-out preference signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device and, where we can associate the request with your Passage account or consumer profile, with you.

Sensitive Personal Information

Passage may collect sensitive personal information where reasonably necessary to provide the products and services you request.

Passage uses and discloses sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted under applicable California law, including where reasonably necessary and proportionate to provide requested products or services, verify identity, process transactions, maintain the security and integrity of our services, prevent fraud or other illegal activity, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Passage does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that are subject to the right to limit under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Accordingly, Passage does not provide a separate “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” mechanism.

We will use information provided in connection with your request only as reasonably necessary to identify and process your privacy request.
