These Code of Conduct (the "Standards") set forth the minimum expectations and mandatory practices for any services ("Service Provider Services") offered by individuals or entities ("Service Providers") through the Passage Inc. platform. These Standards are intended to ensure a high level of quality, professionalism, user safety, and compliance with applicable legal and ethical obligations.

These Standards form an integral part of the Additional Terms for Service Provider Services (the "Service Provider Terms") and are incorporated by reference into those terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Service Provider Terms.

We are committed to fostering a trusted, respectful, and professional environment for all users. As a Service Provider on our platform, you are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, authenticity, and responsibility in all interactions and services offered.

Violations of this Code of Conduct may constitute a breach of the Service Provider Terms. We reserve the right to update or revise these Standards at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

By participating as a Service Provider, you agree to abide by the following Standards:

Integrity and Authenticity

  • Provide honest and accurate information about your services, qualifications, and availability.
  • Deliver work that is original, truthful, and represents your genuine skills and effort.
  • Avoid misleading titles, images, or descriptions intended to misrepresent your service.
  • Avoid any false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about outcomes, guarantees, or affiliations.
  • Include appropriate disclaimers and clarifications that are visible and accessible.

Fair Representation of Services

  • All listings must include an accurate and appropriate image that reflects the service being offered.
  • Recurring deliveries must maintain consistent quality with the standards shown in your listing.
  • Service videos, if used, must be uploaded through official platform tools and follow content guidelines.

Respect for Community Standards

  • Interact respectfully with all users.
  • Do not engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of abuse.
  • Uphold community trust by maintaining ethical communication and professional conduct.
  • Respond to user communications promptly and professionally.
  • Do not submit or encourage false reviews, ratings, or other manipulation of Passage's feedback systems.

Platform Integrity

  • Do not attempt to circumvent platform policies, processes, or fees.
  • Do not include statements in your listings that attempt to undermine or bypass these Standards.
  • Do not promote your services through channels or methods that violate laws, third-party terms, or negatively impact the platform or its community.
  • Do not permit unauthorized third parties to deliver services on their behalf without prior written approval from Passage.

Service Providers must:

  • Report the completion or outcome of services delivered via the Passage platform.
